Machine main features:
1) The main shaft bearing adopts P4 grade double-row short cylindrical roller bearing and cross-contact ball bearing, and is pre-loaded with constant force. The main shaft has good rigidity.
2) In the grinding process, the workpiece reciprocates in the middle of the grinding wheel, and the grinding accuracy is high.
3) The spindle motor adopts 2x 30kw low-cover motor and low-noise motor, and is equipped with frequency converter to realize differential speed grinding.
4) reciprocating motion using short cylindrical linear rolling guide, flexible movement.
5) The grinding wheel dressing adopts the form of double-point and one-time dressing of the pendulum, which is easy to obtain the ideal grinding wheel shape.
6) The machine tool is driven by five servo motors, the hydraulic station is canceled, and there is no oil leakage.
