Main structural features:
1.Horizontal layout, large cycle machining;
2.Suitable for the flashing process;
3.Adopt whole bridge closed frame structure, fixed plate moving pressure;
4.Use upper and lower guide rod positioning and an oil cylinder eccentric pressurizing structure;
5.The rotation of turntable adopt frequency conversion speed regulation;
6.Hydraulic drive pressure, normally open type hydraulic station;
7.Side mounted tilted turntable;
8.The main motor is mounted on a self made gearless reduction gearbox, and the main motor transfers power to the main shaft through one pairs of belt pulley, one pair of gear and one pair of belt pully;
9.The opening size of the ball plate, the positioning size of the ball plate, types of turntable (plate or incline), the amount of ball loading, the spindle speed and the power of the main motor can be customized according to the requirements of the customers.
