Recently, the company received the Certificate of High and New Technology Enterprise jointly issued by Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department, Henan Provincial Department of Finance and Henan Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, Certificate No. GR201914000970, with the date of issuance of October 31, 2019, and the validity period is three years.
This accreditation is the third time that the company has passed the review and re-accreditation since it was first accredited as a high-tech enterprise in 2010.
Passing the high-tech enterprise certification for four consecutive uninterrupted times is a full affirmation of the Company's technical strength and research and development level, which will be conducive to further consolidate the Company's core competitiveness and play a positive role in promoting the Company's innovation and development.
According to the Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the state's tax incentives for high and new technology enterprises, the company can enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the state on high and new technology enterprises for three consecutive years starting from the year when the company passed the certification of high and new technology enterprises, i.e., to pay the enterprise income tax at a rate of 15%, and it will also have a positive impact on the company's future operation.
