1, the meaning of abrasives
Abrasives are tools used for grinding, lapping and polishing by bonding ordinary abrasives with bonding agent according to certain requirements into grinding wheels, sanding tiles, oil stones, grinding heads and abrasive pastes.
2、The structure of abrasives
Abrasives are composed of three elements: abrasive grains, bonding agent and pores.

The bonding agent ---- binds the material and plays the role of cementing the abrasive grains, so that the abrasive tool has a certain shape, sufficient strength and the required hardness.

The volume relationship between the three is:
V abrasive + V bond + V pores = 100
In order to improve the cooling, lubrication, improve the performance of the finish of the abrasive, with impregnants filled with abrasive pores (such as dipping sulfur, dipping wax, dipping resin) of the material, also known as the fourth element.
